Changing Gears

While I am continuing on my mission to lose my extra weight, I am going to start trying to help others fight the battle of the bulge as well. Join me on Facebook, I have created a group called Fight to End Obesity that is going to be aimed at a community that can come together and help each other lose extra pounds. I feel that a community effort will be the most successful way to help more people succeed. We can all share the ups and downs that come with this battle and it will help us to know that we are not alone in our fight. I am down 60 lbs and I have 50 to go in order to meet my goal.
